East Linton is a picturesque village with a variety of shops including the bakers providing bread, rolls, croissants and cakes, the butchers selling local beef, a wide variety of sausages and home cured bacon, the delicatessen providing cold meats, cheeses, gateaux, local produce, the convenience store, the chemist, the coffee shop and the newsagents. In addition, there are three pubs in the village serving local beers and food. Remember also you can buy wine by the case from Linton Wines, our sister site.

Anderson – Butchers Mon – Sat 8am – 5pm
(closed at lunch-time)		 Good local butchers providing a full range. In particular, local beef (usually hung for 3 weeks). A wide variety of sausages and home cured bacon. Some ready-to-cook dishes and pies.
Linton Wines @ The Delicatessen Mon – Sat 8.30am – 5pm
(closed Wed afternoons)		 Well stocked shop with coffee, teas, cold meats, cheeses, pates, cakes, local produce and dry goods.
Linton Pharmacy Mon – Sat 9am – 5pm
(closed Wed afternoons)		 Compact chemists providing all the basics.
D J Malcolm – Newsagents All week 7pm – til late Newsagent, licensed grocer, phone cards, lottery agent.
Votadini – Coffee Shop/Florist Tue – Sat 10am – 5pm Florist and coffee shop. Homemade cakes, sandwiches, soups. Votadini is also a Tourist Information point.
Post Office Mon – Fri 9am – 5.30pm
Sat 9am – 12.30pm
